But why should you do it?<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ol class=\"wp-block-list\"><li>Create passive income<\/li><li>Build a retirement plan<\/li><li>Increase your monthly cash flow<\/li><li>Utilize your existing skills&nbsp;<\/li><li>Let your money make you money<\/li><li>Take control of your financial future<\/li><\/ol>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Sounds great, doesn\u2019t it? They usually say anything that sounds too good to be true is and most often that\u2019s true. Real estate investing comes with both rewards and risks. You need to be able to weather the storms.
